1. Set the questions
Agree the application, business goals, access, stakeholders, schedule, and fee before work starts.
A FOCUSED FIRST ENGAGEMENT
The IntelliArch modernization assessment is for technology leaders who need a clearer picture of a business-critical .NET application, its constraints, and realistic next steps.
One application · Typically 1–2 weeks after scope is agreed · Fee agreed before work begins
WHEN TO USE AN ASSESSMENT
Thin documentation, slow delivery, unclear ownership, or an upcoming cloud move can make a business system difficult to change. An assessment helps teams identify what is known, what needs validation, and which decisions should come before implementation.
After a discovery conversation, IntelliArch agrees the application boundary, questions to answer, available materials, stakeholder time, schedule, and fee. The review uses the code, documentation, architecture information, and discussions made available for that scope.
HOW THE REVIEW RUNS
Agree the application, business goals, access, stakeholders, schedule, and fee before work starts.
Examine the agreed code and materials, map dependencies, and discuss the workflows that matter.
Document risks, options, assumptions, and areas where more validation is needed.
Review the findings together and identify an appropriate next step for your team.
This is a scoped technical and architecture review, not an exhaustive code audit, penetration test, compliance certification, or guarantee that every defect or dependency will be discovered. Recommendations depend on the evidence and access available. Your stakeholders remain responsible for business policy decisions; implementation, migration execution, and remediation are separate unless included in the written scope.
